Free Advice 2 - Useful Utilities


1.  One very useful site with a considerable list of mainly free utilities is ninite.com.

 

2.  An exceptional replacement to WordPad is Jarte.  It is an extremely lightweight Word Processor (Only 10 Mb in size) but very versatile.  Some functions are only available for the paid version, but there is more than enough functionality in the ‘basic’ version.


3.  For an Office Suite at no cost:

FreeOffice - with option to change the way it looks!

LibreOffice - with traditional Office interface, more comprehensive than FreeOffice!
